An existing hotel was demolished and new building has been reconstructed by Pasha Construction which compromises of 16 floor residences, apartments, and a 23-story Hotel. Makpa joined the project as the kitchen and laundry designer, later appointed as kitchen and laundry equipment supplier as well.
