145 room luxury hotel developed by Capital partners which is the first Ritz-Carlton operation in Kazakhstan. The Hotel sits atop of 37-story Esentai Tower, one of the tallest buildings in Central Asia. All FOH food and beverage outlets, including All-Day Dining Restaurant on 30th floor and BLT Steak House on 28th floor, are successfully designed and built by Makpa in 2014.
